China proposes new AI regulations.

The Chinese government has issued a new draft of regulations aimed at more strictly regulating artificial intelligence service providers, focusing especially on systems that simulate human personalities and offer emotional interaction. The proposal seeks to mitigate psychological risks by requiring companies to detect signs of addiction or extreme emotional states in users, intervening when necessary. Additionally, the regulations strengthen control over data security, algorithm review, and compliance with "fundamental socialist values," prohibiting the generation of content that could threaten social stability or national security.
