Authorities in Mexico have activated a national
AMBER Alert (AAMX2164) for Fabricio Alberto Morales Salazar, a one-year-old boy who disappeared in Tula de Allende, Hidalgo. Although he went missing on November 29, 2025, the official report was received on January 13, 2026. Fabricio is described as having wavy dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, standing 73 centimeters tall, and weighing 8 kilograms. Due to his age, authorities fear he may be a victim of a crime and urge anyone with information to contact 55-5346-2516 or the national hotline at 800 00 854 00.
