Major Tijuana Sewage Pipe Repaired.

After a week-long crisis that saw over 11 million gallons of sewage diverted into the Tijuana River daily, Mexico's International Boundary and Water Commission (CILA) announced that repairs on the Insurgentes Collector were completed today. While testing is still underway, the fix is a critical step in addressing the decades-long sewage crisis that has affected coastal water quality in both Tijuana and San Diego.
