South Korea Suspends Cobra Helicopter.

The Ministry of National Defense has grounded all AH-1S Cobra helicopters following a tragic training accident in Gapyeong that killed two crew members. The suspension comes at a sensitive time for the military, as South Korea has decided to proceed with planned large-scale joint exercises with the United States despite some domestic political debate over whether to postpone them to facilitate diplomatic openings with the North.
