The Xi Doctrine and the 15th Five-Year Plan.

Following the Two Sessions meetings in Beijing this month, the government has officially pivoted its economic strategy. Instead of chasing raw GDP numbers, the new 15th Five-Year Plan prioritizes an innovation-driven economy. The goal is to build integrated technology ecosystems rather than just promoting individual sectors. This means massive state support for AI, quantum computing, and semi-conductors to ensure China can operate independently of Western tech chains.
