Youth Building the Future.
Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro is a key social initiative by the Mexican government designed to bridge the gap between education and employment for individuals aged 18 to 29. By providing 12 months of hands-on training in diverse work environments ranging from private companies to public institutions the program empowers young people who are not currently studying or working to develop professional skills. Participants receive a monthly stipend of $9,582.47 MXN (as of 2026), full IMSS medical coverage, and a certification of their skills upon completion, successfully helping 7 out of 10 graduates transition into stable, productive roles in the workforce.
