Welfare For Fisheries.

Bienpesca is a Mexican government program that provides a direct annual payment of 7,500 pesos to small-scale fishermen and aquaculture workers. Delivered via a Banco del Bienestar debit card, the funds are intended to help workers increase their production for both personal consumption and local sales. Beyond the cash support, the program offers training in areas like food safety, sustainable fishing practices, and business management to help coastal communities improve their quality of life.
