Severe Weather and "Tormenta Negra".

A severe weather system dubbed the "Tormenta Negra" (Black Storm) is currently affecting at least five states across Mexico. The National Meteorological Service (SMN) has issued alerts for intense rains (up to 150 mm), hail, and strong winds in states including Hidalgo, Puebla, and Veracruz. Additionally, the arrival of Cold Front 29 is causing a significant drop in temperatures and "Norte" wind events along the Gulf coast and the Yucatan Peninsula.
