Minute 333 Tackles on Tijuana River Pollution.

The United States and Mexico have signed a significant bilateral agreement known as Minute 333 to address the long-standing sewage crisis in the Tijuana River. This agreement, facilitated by the International Boundary and Water Commission, builds on previous commitments to stop untreated wastewater from flowing into Southern California, which has caused decades of environmental damage and public health risks.
