Mexico Strengthens UN Ties for 2026-2031.

Mexico has officially signed the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework, a six-year agreement that will guide the country’s development through 2031. This partnership focuses on equality, inclusion, and a green economy, including the protection of five million hectares of natural areas. Foreign Secretary Juan Ramón de la Fuente emphasized that this framework aligns with Mexico’s National Development Plan, prioritizing humanitarian aid and the peaceful resolution of conflicts on the global stage.
