March 2026 has transformed Mexico City into a global cultural hub with a packed calendar of music and arts. The 24th edition of the iconic festival took place on March 14–15 at the Estadio GNP Seguros, featuring headliners like Lenny Kravitz and The Smashing Pumpkins, alongside Lucha Libre matches. Scheduled for March 21, this festival will host dozens of free concerts across the Historic Center's plazas, ranging from electronic music at Plaza Tolsá to a Grand Ball of sonideros in the Zócalo. Thousands are expected to gather at the Pyramid of the Sun in Teotihuacán on March 20 to recharge energy during the spring equinox, a tradition that remains one of the country's most significant annual gatherings.
