Investigation Into Soccer Field Massacre.

Authorities are investigating a violent attack in Salamanca, Guanajuato, where gunmen opened fire on a crowd following an amateur soccer match. The attack left 11 people dead and 12 injured. Security analysts suggest the violence is tied to a territorial dispute between the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel and the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG). Governor Libia Dennise García has reinforced security in the region with state and federal forces.
