IMF Maintains Growth Forecast for 2026.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has released its updated outlook, maintaining a 1.5% growth forecast for Mexico’s economy in 2026. While the economy is cooling and domestic tourism has shown signs of stagnation, the steady forecast suggests a level of resilience amid ongoing trade negotiations and regional political shifts. The Mexican Peso is currently trading around 17.59 MXN to 1 USD.
