Rising Risks From Russia And Iran.

On March 18, the Swedish Security Service (Säpo) released its annual assessment, warning that Sweden faces its most dangerous security environment in decades. While the agency identified Russia as the primary long-term threat citing increased covert influence and mapping of critical infrastructure it also highlighted a spike in activity from Iran. Officials noted that the conflict in the Middle East has increased the likelihood of Iranian-linked outsourced attacks against Israeli and Jewish targets within Sweden.
