Last Chance World Cup Playoff.

The Swedish national team, now under the management of Graham Potter, is preparing for a do-or-die UEFA playoff semi-final against Ukraine tomorrow, March 26. After a disastrous qualifying campaign where they finished bottom of their group with zero wins, Sweden only reached this stage thanks to a backdoor entry via their 2024–25 Nations League performance. The match will be played at a neutral venue in Valencia, Spain. Sweden will be without stars Alexander Isak and Dejan Kulusevski due to injury, putting immense pressure on Viktor Gyökeres to lead the attack. If they win, they will face either Poland or Albania on March 31 for a spot in the 48-team tournament in North America.
