Economic Recovery Forecast.

Finance Minister Elisabeth Svantesson presented a fresh economic forecast this month, noting that the Swedish economy is on a firm footing despite global geopolitical tensions. Recovery is being driven by increased household consumption and tax reductions on labor and savings. To further boost the economy, the government is implementing a temporary VAT reduction on food starting this spring to help households manage costs.
