Second Storm Hits Saturated Islands.

A second, though slightly weaker, "Kona Low" storm is moving across Hawaii today, posing a significant threat to areas already reeling from yesterday's record rainfall. The National Weather Service has extended a Flash Flood Watch for all islands through Sunday evening. Because the ground is already completely saturated, even moderate rain is causing immediate runoff, keeping emergency crews on high alert for new landslides and road collapses.
