Historic Flood Damage.

Hawaii is assessing over $1 billion in damages following the worst flooding in 20 years. Intense "Kona Low" storms dumped up to 40 inches of rain in some areas, damaging hundreds of homes, schools, and infrastructure across Oahu and Maui.
