Infrastucure Culture Building Up Future Of Cars.

The Ministry of Finance announced this month that China’s total investment in infrastructure and public services is expected to exceed 7 trillion yuan. However, the nature of this spending has fundamentally shifted. Unlike the bridge-and-tunnel booms of the past, this new-type infrastructure focuses on large-scale computing hubs to support the national AI Plus initiative. A significant portion of the budget is earmarked for Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) technology, allowing smart roads to communicate directly with autonomous cars to reduce urban congestion and emissions.
