Nvidia Denies $1 Billion Investment

Nvidia is thinking of their investment with the northern part of Mexico, Nuevo Leon. The digital transformation and technical progress in Latin America are huge to the Latin American economy and industry. The green data center with would focus on artificial intelligence was a no-go. Is there a backup. Is there another plan hiding behind the scenes. $1 billion seems low. I see $3 billion to start a war on the technology industry. $2 billion to appease the states that would hire the company.
