Global Strategy Designation Of 30 K-Food Hubs.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (MAFRA) has officially designated 30 overseas diplomatic missions as K-food hubs for 2026 to accelerate the global expansion of Korean agricultural exports. The hubs are strategically located across 30 countries, including emerging markets in Latin America, Central Asia, and the Middle East, as well as established markets in Europe and ASEAN. These hubs will provide practical on-the-ground assistance for Korean exporters, helping them navigate local food regulations, customs procedures, and quarantine requirements. The initiative pairs trade support with public diplomacy, using the global popularity of Korean culture to establish deeper distribution channels for fresh produce and traditional food products.
