Bombshell Report For Major Airports.

Following a major government investigation triggered by a tragic crash at Muan International Airport, the Board of Audit and Inspection released a bombshell report. The audit found that, national aviation regulators approved non-compliant and dangerous runway structures at nine major airports, including Jeju and Gimhae.The report specifically highlighted that many airports used rigid concrete mounds for antenna supports instead of the required frangible materials designed to break on impact. This finding has led to immediate calls for disciplinary action against high-ranking officials and a nationwide emergency overhaul of airport infrastructure to prevent future accidents.
