Grand Opening Of PokéPark Kanto.

Japan finally opened its first permanent outdoor Pokémon theme park, and by March 1, it has become the must-visit spot for locals and tourists alike. Located within Yomiuriland on the edge of Tokyo, the park spans over 26,000 m². It’s designed as a living Pokémon forest where visitors act as trainers rather than just passive riders. The highlights: A custom carousel where you ride on the backs of Pokémon like Ponyta and Rapidash. The park features over 600 Pokémon statues tucked away in tall grass and tunnels, encouraging kids (and adults) to catch them via a dedicated mobile app. Tickets for March are already virtually sold out, with the park using a lottery system to manage the massive crowds coming for the spring break holidays.
