Sahara Dust Expected to Impact Greece.

Weather officials have warned that large amounts of dust from the Sahara Desert are expected to affect Greece over several days. The dust is being carried by strong winds from North Africa and could lead to hazy skies and reduced air quality across the country. Meteorologists say the phenomenon, sometimes called muddy rain, may also mix with rainfall, leaving visible residue on cars and buildings. Residents have been advised to limit outdoor activities, especially those with respiratory conditions, until the dust passes.
