Protecting Ancient History.

The government recently launched a €22 million initiative to shield 19 major archaeological sites, including Delphi, from climate change. The plan uses digital monitoring and new physical barriers to prevent damage from the increasing threats of wildfires and flash floods. It is one of the world's first national-scale efforts to "climate-proof" ancient monuments.
