Rising Military Tensions In Ethiopia.

Ethiopia is reportedly massing troops near the Tigray region, raising fears of renewed conflict. The situation is tied to disputes over access to the Red Sea, which Ethiopia lost when Eritrea became independent in 1993. The country previously experienced a devastating civil war that killed about 600,000 people, so renewed fighting could destabilize the region again.
